Great experience. I took my car in without an appointment, and they fit me in and completed the work the same day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. Best of all, they were honest and saved me money. They repaired two tires instead of trying to sell me new ones, and the total cost was about half of what the dealership quoted. I’ll definitely be back.

Honest and professional service. They checked my alignment after a tire replacement, explained the results clearly, and told me an alignment wasn’t necessary. No pressure, no unnecessary charges. I really appreciate their honesty and will definitely return in the future.

I took my car to Cassidy Tire because I had a break indicator light on. They looked at my car right away at 11am and were able to assess what the issue was. My car was ready by 1:30 PM. The price was very reasonable, and I felt that they were very honest in their assessment. I would definitely go back.

Extremely honest and professional service. Gave knowledgeable advice about the type of all-weather/winter tires I was looking for, which checked out well with all the independent research I did. Nice store manager, and he gave me a veteran discount. I drove out of my way to go to this place because of the good reviews, and I can say they are earned. Highly recommended!

The mechanics were knowledgeable and very friendly. They assessed my concern with my TPMS and told me honestly that I had 3/4 dead, but they recommended I consider having them all changed at once because likely the 4th will go out. I had shopped around and Cassidy had the lowest price of the three. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family and will return for new tires in about 10,000 miles. The person at the front counter was filling in for the day from another location. He was very friendly and kindly answered my questions. This shop deserves the best ratings! My dog also approves!
